Standard office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Other times may be available by special appointment. Please inquire.

Fees

Initial consultation
(2 to 2 1/2 hr office visit)

Follow-up consultation
(Office or phone; 45 minutes – Additional fees may apply if more time is needed)
$85

Acute consultation
(includes the initial call and a couple follow up calls – Additional fees may apply
if more time is needed)
$85

Phone calls or emails between appointments
(All additional time is billed for time spent, at my hourly rate)
$100.00 / hr

Payments are due at the time of consultation.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or full charges apply.
